SOLVIA may offer the interested party, and send them using any means including electronic ones (telephone, email or equivalent), communications with offers and commercial proposals related to products or services sold by SOLVIA, whether belonging to the company itself, to companies of the Intrum Group or to any third parties with which SOLVIA signs a collaboration agreement. For these purposes, SOLVIA may process the interested parties' personal data and develop profiles for commercial purposes based on the analysis and assessment of this personal data provided by the interested party at any given time, as well as the information derived from any operations that the interested party enters into with SOLVIA, or data obtained by SOLVIA from third-party companies which the interested party has authorised SOLVIA to access, or any data obtained as a result of the interested party making it public through social networks, browsing data gathered through cookies, or data obtained by implementing automatic techniques based on current, historical, or statistical data, such as those relating to residence, creditworthiness, income and consumption. In addition, SOLVIA may use the interested party's data in surveys developed specifically to enable the company to offer the services and products that best suit their needs, and also to assess the quality of the provided service.
We are requesting your consent for the transfer of interested parties' personal data - for the purposes and in the same terms expressed in the previous section to companies of the Intrum Group, to third-party companies that own the properties and their internal management companies, as well as to any companies with which Solvia signs a commercial collaboration agreement. Information about contracts and operations, proposals and commercial offers may be sent as mass communications.
